Bal Seal Engineering, Inc., manufactures a canted-coil spring and seal solution that is used in almost every industry you can imagine: aerospace, robotics, medical device, military hardware, energy infrastructure, and hybrid-electric vehicles. Its marketing team needed help demonstrating its product to buyers in a way that captivated their attention, while showing the reliable functionality of its engineering.
We delivered an array of 3D product animations that demonstrate Bal Seal’s canted-coil spring in each of its target markets. Each animation illustrates the beauty of its engineering while capturing the big picture context that truly resonates with the people Bal Seal wanted to reach. We animated its functionality within a commercial airliner, a hybrid-electric Prius, solar panels, wind turbines, an oil refinery, automated robotics, and more. In total, the animations provide Bal Seal with more than 15 minutes of animated material to use and reuse in a variety of videos explaining the value of its product.

Not only have these animations been useful on their own, Bal Seal’s team now has more than 15 minutes of animated b-roll to continue using in sales and marketing videos explaining the functionality and reliability of its product to buyers.
